Please read them carefully to ensure you understand the conditions of your preferred trip. These terms and conditions apply to bookings made through our website and related services.

Pricing:

Our prices are quoted on a per-person basis and do not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, or other personal expenses unless specified.
Published rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increased airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

Methods of Payment:

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners.
Full payment must be made by credit card, and the charge will be shown on your statement.
Confirmation of Payment:

Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation slip via email. Please ensure that you provide accurate travel requirements at the time of booking.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

4.1 Cancellation:

Each tour activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy, which you must read before booking.
Combo tours can be cancelled, but if you cancel any single tour within a combo, you will not be able to avail the combo offer. In this case, we will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
For other cancellation policies, please refer to the specific tour details.

4.2 No Show:

If you fail to show up for the tour or use the tickets/services, no refunds, in part or in full, can be provided.

Cancellation Procedures:

To cancel all or part of your reservation, please notify us in writing. We recommend carefully reading the cancellation rules applicable to your tour package.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide details of any applicable fees.

Itinerary Amendments:

Itineraries and services included in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors.
We will provide suitable alternatives of similar value, depending on availability.
We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary without reimbursement. No reimbursement can be provided in the event of force majeure circumstances.

Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy:

If we are unable to provide your preferred hotel accommodation, we will offer a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard.
Check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel, and we cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in/check-out requests that are not accommodated due to the hotel’s schedule.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend that travelers avail of a travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen events such as accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations.

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of every guest to carry the necessary documents for the tour, including a valid passport or ID card.
No refund can be provided in the event of loss or lack of these documents.
Passengers of all nationalities should check with their respective consulate for entry requirements and visa/health requirements, as these are subject to change.

Website Usage Restrictions:

All content on our website, including images, tour package information, and pricing details, is proprietary to SayBlueGems FZ LLC. You agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegal purposes.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:
Applicable as per the website’s products/services. We comply with the UAE law and do not provide services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from this website is governed by the laws of the UAE.
